Hospitality Solutions Group owns two subsidiaries, Solutions 4 Caterers and Opsyte.

We have a number of great partners (see our partners page) that we work closely with day to day as well as our growing teams that cover two offices, one in Farnborough and the other in St Albans.

2003

Solutions 4 Caterers was founded by Peter Flaxman with the sole goal of providing an outsourced finance function to hospitality operators so they could focus on the growth of their business and teams.

2015

Matt creates Opsyte, a platform for operators to control labour, cash, invoices and consolidate reporting.

2019

Matt and Peter meet, and merge businesses!

2022

Hospitality Solutions Group brings WMT LLP on as a shareholder

2023

Peter announces his retirement and Matt takes on the role of CEO for the group
